Try uninstalling/reinstalling both.
Remember, if you're on Vista, you'll have to "Run as Administrator."

Did that about 4 times on my wife's Vista POS. Finally figured it out, and the next day I permanently fixed it by installing XP Pro on it.. Just a
Vista perk I reckon..

Sorry but that's out of order, Vista as an OS is far from the POS that it was a year ago and I am getting fed up of people dragging it down. I was an early adopter of Vista and it spent more time out of use than in use for the first 4 months of last year but for the last few months of 2007 and all of this year to date I haven't used anything but Vista at home, it's been reliable, free of blue screens and caused me no issues what so ever, infact it runs cooler than my XP installation does. I should also add that my PC is not the normal, it's a quad core Q6600 with dual 8800GTX OC2's running in it and SLI hasn't been an issue for a good 6 months now. Oh and I should add that it's Ultimate 64.
Now to the OP, that error looks like it was caused by a corrupt file, if you downloaded the files can I suggest downloading torrents of the files, redirect them to your current downloaded files and see if that repairs it. Failing that just download the file again.
FYI if I need to download patch files or game installation files I would normally get them from the lists on wowwiki.
