Yeah, I saw this yesterday as well. It got me excited, and as lame as it may sound, it gave me goosebumps.

I've been a die-hard Blizzard supporter forever now, so call me a fan-boy, my opinion is biased.

Starcraft 2 is going to be great, if it happens...
...something spoke to me last night when I re-watched this video and something about it screamed, "Blizz is going to scrap this."

Blizz isn't gonna scrap SC2...only been working on it for like 5 years or something. AFAIK, they have only scrapped two major games - WC adventure game and Ghost, neither of which Blizz pushed near as much as SC2.

SC:Ghost (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Starcraft_ghost) actually had some serious resources thrown at it, first when they worked with another studio namely Nihilistic, then they bought Swinging Ape studio's and brought it in-house.

None of that is exactly chump change.

I don't know, after I've viewed the screenshots and videos, I don't see it as being much a step from the original SC. Maybe I'm jumping the gun, but it just seems this is something they could have come out with years ago...
