I had my special mix of cereal stuff (7 different things including rolled oats), which was mixed with about 3 tbls of natural yoghurt, sprinkled with some bee polen and dried goji berries, and some grapes mixed in. And water, because I was dehydrated. (about 1 cup or so of the cereal mix)
