I totally agree with the idea of more class-specific quests to teach skill use. the possibilities of teaching the rudiments of chain trapping, clever misdirection, use of tanking skills, or even the concept of group dynamics and reigning in your aggro would be very handy. It could make the game less intimidating for players who find these things to be beyond them, and less frustrating for those who group with them..
