View Full Version : Very Frustrated, what do I do?

Hi, I am newto these forums so I am not sure if this is where I should start this thread, but it seemed like the most appropraite area.

My problem is that my wallet was stolen/ lost and I had to cancel all my credit cards. Now I can't play WoW anymore because it says my account is banned and the e-mail I recieved says I need to update my credit card info. I go onto account management on the WoW site but I can't do that because when I log in it says my account is locked and unable to be modified....

HOW DO I CHANGE MY CREDIT CARD INFO?!?!

I haven't been able to play for 4 days now and I am becoming very frustrated. Please respond back with a possible solution to this problem.....

Call Blizzard or Email them and explain the issue.

This is a strange problem. I would think that all you'd have to do would be to find some other way to pay for your account, i.e. Paypal, and everything would be okay. I don't know why you've been banned and don't have access to your account information. You had better find out. Yes call or email.

Game card? Oh, and cancel those credit cards ;)

Edit: Wait for new credit cards to come out and sort from there I guess?

Can I call Blizzard on Saturday or Sunday or do I have to wait until Monday?

They're liable to be closed during the weekends. Monday is your best bet.

You need an active account in order to post on the official forums. Besides, they won't deal with account related issues there.
