Umm.... you have to move on. Honestly, as a BE, you really get not much benefit for getting your rep with Silvermoon City up -- unless you want the higher discounts from Silvermoon City vendors... which exist in Silvermoon City (or Falcon Watch in Hellfire Peninsula in Outland). It isn't like you need a higher rep with Silvermoon for your mount or anything.

Further, doing other Horde quests will still help your Silvermoon rep, albeit at a slowed pace. And there are the occasional Silvermoon City-faction quest givers across Azeroth. Personally, I'd say you either need to start looking at doing some of the higher-level quests in The Barrens, or move to Ashenvale, Thousand Needles, or Hillsbrad Foothills. If you've done everything in Eversong Woods and Ghostlands, there isn't any other quests for you there.

20% of everything at exalted, including repairs.

but at revered, you get 15% so thats not bad either.

with the blood elves? i dont think you can this side of azeroth. there's simply not enough quests. you can try the RRQ's. but thats gonna cost you lots of cloth.

Actually, my Blood Elf was darned near Exalted by level 40 with Silvermoon City. I could have easily made exalted with all 5 Horde races, if I hand just waited until quests went gray for me then went back and picked them up. Instead, I just have been doing every single quest in every single zone until I run out of quests for that zone and move on to another one. It is grueling, but interesting, and my Blood Elf Paladin, at level 40, is pretty darned near Exalted at 40 with every Horde faction.

The trick is that every quest that gives you rep with 1 Horde race, gives you rep with the other 4 as well, but at a reduced amount. This "spill-over" can really boost rep with the various races. You also can get rep in Battlegrounds, if memory serves.

Any horde quest does it. You don't see text on the chat window, but your reps will increase. I call it "spill-over" rep. I forget what percentage you get, but I believe if you do a quest for, let's say, Thunder Bluff that gives you 250 Tunder Bluff rep, you get something like 83 rep with Orgrimmar, 83 rep with Darkspear, 83 rep with Undercity, and 83 rep with Silvermoon, or something similar -- with the exception of the extreme starting areas (Tirisfal Glades, Eversong Woods, Mulgore, or Durotar). You get the full normal amount of rep any more from doing gray quests, so if you go to other zones after the quests turn gray, they are easy to do, and you get a lot of rep.

I did this same kind of thing with my Gnome Warrior, I went to Azuremyst Island to get Exodar rep, did ALL of the quests I could from there, and turned in 3 backpacks full of Runecloth at the Exodar cloth turn-in guy... which I later realized I didn't probably even need to do, because after doing 3/4 of the quests in Bloodmyst, I was Exalted with Exodar and bought my Elekk mount. Of course, at 63 at the time... Azuremyst and Bloodmyst quests were, shall I say, real easy.

But for my Blood Elf Paladin, I did every single quest in Eversong Woods and Ghostlands, then every quest in Tirisfal Glades, Durotar, Mulgore, Silverpine Forest, The Barrens, Stonetalon Mountains, Thousand Needles, Hillsbrad Foothills, Ashenvale Forest, and am currently working on finishing up a few others. But, I know exactly where every quest for the Horde is in those zones, and I'd check every NPC just to make sure that I didn't miss any exclamation points. I did most of those quests when they were green to me (except for the starting areas), and did a number of quests that weren't Horde quests. And, Elrena has been doing well with Reputation. (http://www.wowarmory.com/character-reputation.xml?r=Medivh&n=Elrena)

I believe that with Alterac Valley, you can turn in some junk and get Horde rep for it, and you can grind up rep that way without gaining XP.

Of course, with Elrena, my eventual goal is to have a random mount macro that randomly picks a mount from any of the Horde races, or her Paladin mount. And once I get her to Outland and Nagrand, I'll pick up the Taibuk as well.
