Coming back to WoW

I've been taking a break from the game since Christmas, and I'm now coming back.

Of course I'll read the 2.4 patch notes, but what else has changed? What should I know?
FWIW I won't be raiding this time around (except perhaps alt runs, up to probably mid-T5) so I don't need to know about Sunwell bug fixes... ;-)
Paladin class changes are of particular interest (and 'lock to a lesser degree).

no big changes with locks.
you can summon inside the instance as long as the person you're summoning is within the level range of the instance.

lots more dailies. tis all i can remember.
