Can someone make me a mod

Im looking for someone to make me a mod for my guild. It should be simple.

A mod that tracks how long a member has been in the guild, and alerts me when the reach a specific time frame like for exp (they have been in the guild 2 weeks I get a alert, and then i get another one when they reach 4 weeks and 6 weeks 8 10 and 12....) would be cool if u could customize that. Then if possible it did it for lets say every 10 levels once they are in the guild so i get one for when they hit lvl 10, 20, 30, 40 ect. Once again could be cool to have that customizable.

I'm asking for this because we are doing a new ranking system in my guild and its getting hard keeping track of them all.

i think that would be possible but it would NOT be able to track how long your current guild members have been in the guild as far as i know there is know way to track how long someone has been in a guild for so the mod would just assume that all current members have just joined, might be possible to allow you to manually adjust a guild members info though, as for making the mod thats something i am unable to do.
