Anyone ever try this guide before ?

Hi everyone,
I am quite new to this game, i would like to level up quickly and earn more gold. I found this website which has the guide and they promise that i can earn a lot of gold and i am about to purchase it, however i would like to know your oppinion on it. Thank you so much.

as for the online gold guides that you have to buy, they usually tell you basically everything that's already been discussed online somewhere else in one shape or form. it tells you what people do to make gold, but it wont tell you what they do currently to make gold. but its a good start for you... if you want to invest in it, know this... you're paying for the work that someone else has put into, usually compiling everything that's been said on the internet usually, and making it easy to look up. i know because i have one. there's nothing in my guide that isnt already on the internet.

I actually bought it :D. It's a big report on how to play and where to hunt for gold :D. It's really cool. I will try the method out tonight :P

My opinion is.....
There is plenty of very good FREE advice as well as guides on this very site, so why waste your money buying one ?

Leveling fast and making money in WoW is not hard. If anything, leveling is so fast that many people run out of money because they feel the need to buy new gear all the time. Resist that temptation and you'll be fine. Quests give you about 75% of the gear you'll need for leveling. Grab 2 gathering professions and you'll be set.

let me take a guess as to what its going to advise you to do:

Buy limited supply recipes to sell on the AH. (it will give you a list of all of them)
Take a gathering profession and sell the stuff on the AH.
Kill certain mobs because they drop certain stuff that everyone needs and sell it in the AH.
For certain professions, there will be a list of things that are generally in high demand, while others are not.
Kill monsters with rare drops that people like. (crimson welplings?)
Farm monsters for rare drop recipes (crusader enchant, savory deviate delights)
Farm certain Instances for twink gear.

guide also has an OVERUSE of the words: Massive, Huge, Insane, or Immense and it usually preceeds the phrase "amount of gold".

i have tried it and it's kind of good. They show the cordinate to kill monsters :P Let me give u guys one: This spot is to hunt Defias Trappers (31,33) and get a lot of Linen Cloth.

sounds like something i've seen in many many other places. you just paid for free information man.

oh by the way, its in north west westfall, you'll see a spot with about three windmills. thats the spot. they respawn really quick. easy to get linen and with hours and hours of doing it, you can make lots of gold in the AH just by selling the cloth... sound like what the guide says? anyone here could have told you that.

You attempted to obfuscate the link. You provided a link to a site that wants someone to *pay* for the guide. Guides are offered for *free* here, and your attempt violates Commandment #3, as I pointed out. Whether it was your intent or not is immaterial. What is evident is you are promoting a guide that is for sale, from a competing website, when this own website has guides available for free. It is not looked at kindly around here.

I can't control the thread being closed or not. I'm not a mod. But I do find it frustrating when people don't bother to follow the very simple rules that are linked at the top of every page on the forums. You are effectively advertising something that you apparently, if you can be believed, were gullible enough to pay for, free information that can be picked up from this very site. Worldofwar.net has never been fond of people linking to competing sites, for a number of reasons.

Like I said, I'd love it if you were part of the community here, don't get me wrong. But linking to a pay site that sells free information isn't a great first impression. For all we know, you could have written the guide, and are trying to lure people to buy your guide so you can make money.
