moving action bar

I have seen on various gameplay clips of players who have moved their additional actions bars around the interface and was wondering how. its mainly the bars on the right hand side which are just annoying. how do I move them? if its from a mod then what's it called?

Bartender, Bongos, Trinity, a few others, any decent action bar mod will do this.

The Curse Bartender is not always kept up to date, the Wowace link is generally a better option.
