AV Mod - Timer text appears from players

I love 61-70 AVs (adore them) however what is used a lot is a feature where every so often in the chat messages come up with place, who holds it (ie alliance/horde) and the time until captured.

I shouted last night and was told "It's a mod"

It is normally in a dark oranged coloured font too.

Does anyone know what this mod is called?
