Please help with Addon button

Hello, I have put the MOD that I downloaded and installed into my 'Addons' folder within my WoW folder.
When I have logged in I don't even have the 'Addons' button on the bottom left hand corner.

Does anyone know how to get it there?

When you "installed" the addon, do you mean you unzipped and placed the folder that the Add On is in, into your addons folder directly; do you mean that you placed the zipfile into your addons folder itself; or do you mean you unzipped the contents of the zip[file into the AddOns folder regardless of however it is organized in that folder? Or was it something else entirely?

By the "AddOns" folder within your WoW folder, do you mean a folder you made called "AddOns", or do you mean the "Interface\AddOns\" Folder that exists already?

Which AddOn did you install?

Where did you get the AddOn?

All of these are important questions for you to answer before anyone could even begin to help you.

I downloaded the new TitanPanel MOD (which I donwloaded from this site), which I have never used before.
I placed it into the 'Addons' folder inside the 'Interface' Folder that was already there.
I extracted all the files into the 'Addons' folder and then removed the dowloaded zipper folder from there so it was just the extracted file.

you extract all the FOLDERS inside the .zip into the Interface\AddOns folder not the files.

Yeah I did 'EXTRACT ALL'
I took a screen of where I put the file and what I got after extraction.
