I have installed many addons, and now there is UI design error in Worldmap part.
Here i have screenshot.

You can see there is misplaced menu part above. It overlaps another menu.
It looks Mapnotes is possible the cause.
Normally it looks [Mapnotes] - [Zone Map] - [Instances] - [Continent] - [Zone]
But for strange reason, it doesnt fit, and both [Zone Map] and [Instance] overlaps at same place. The Zone Map menu is not more clickable.
What should i do, or should i warn author of MapNotes for this problem?

Looks like you have two map mods running, MapNotes and something else? Yes you should probably ask the author about compatibiltiy with whatever the other one is.

Looks like Cartographer and Mapnotes. If this is the case, Carto comes with it's own notes module so you shouldn't need Mapnotes.

That is right, i have some map mods installed.
The map mods, or something near:
- Alphamap
- Atlas
- MapNotes
- MetaMap
- MobMap
- Yatlas
But no Carthographer mod.
If you think there is one mod too much installed, or it should work with all installed mods without interference each other, then the caused mod need a fix with menu buttons above.
Thanks.

get rid of AlphaMap and Yatlas.

Yatlas is seperate and doesn't touch your main map, but I'd guess somewhere between AlphaMap, MetaMap and MapNotes you're getting a clash. Try disabling them individually to see which adds each part and then decide which you don't need.

Switch Metamap off:
Cause full screen map, i cannot see the rest of game interface. Very annoying, i lose control over the game. But the menu "Instances" is now gone.
Or... not... left below i see two buttons. The first button is Mobmap, another is 'Hide Items' from Gatherer. (They overlaps each other a bit!, but when i turn mod on, only Mobmap button is visible)
Cannot disable it, because i dislike full screen worldmap.
Switch MapNotes off:
The extra button left below is gone, but i see both menus again which overlaps each other. The button at very left upper is gone, but the menus don't move up to new location.
But i need MapNotes because i have made own notes on the maps. Cannot disable it.
Switch Alphamap off:
No changes found in Worldmap. Alphamap has own map, thus it's standalone mod.
Switch Mobmap off:
This mod has some buttons on Worldmap. Lets see what happens.
No result, but button left below is gone, now only 'Hide Items' only is visible, the Gatherer part.
When i take a look, the menu Zone Map which is behind Instances, is a miniature version of Worldmap. Is the map builtin Blizzard interface? That is easy switched on with Shift-M.
When i disable all addons, it's indeed part of Blizzard interface. It's still there.
That means the menu of Metamap must move to another place. Which place is free on Worldmap? At very right-upper side has large area, big enough to put whole Instance menu there. Yes, it can be placed there. You see my screenshot at right side.
The Mapnotes menu is just small enough to place at very left-upper side. Good job for MapNotes author. But Metamap author forget perhaps the fixed place Zone Map menu in Worldmap. His menu is now bad placed above ZoneMap menu, which looks bad.
Metamap need a small place fix.

I honestly didn't follow a word of that. If two mods are clashing you should disable one and tell the authors.

I cannot disable one of them. All are still important or useful for me.
Metamap is the main cause. The mod put the menu Instances at wrong place.
Normally i should disable Metamap, but Metamap is the mod to make Worldmap better. One of them is resized Worldmap and thus not more full screen which hides fully the game screen. Without Metamap, i cannot see what i'm doing and what's going around me when i open the Worldmap. That is just bad example.
The Instances part inside Metamap is somewhat better than Instances inside Alphamap. Both mods has different methods to show information about instances. I use both to analyse information in better ways.
And quick access with key M too.
I can use all mods without real problems. I need only small fix for Instances menu to move it more to right side, then i'm happy with it.
But i install first latest version Metamap, which is just out, and see what is fixed. (it's 20400-b1)
Can you follow me what i say?

Here are your options:
1) Learn to program and fix it yourself.
2) Tell the author(s).
3) Cross your fingers.
There's really nothing we can do to help here.

Metamap 20400-b1 has changed the menu a bit, but still ugly. It's liked pressed between menus. And it's too small.
When i take a peek in http://www.wowwiki.com/UI_Object_UIDropDownMenu, i learned a bit how to fix te problem. The changes are:
Metamap.xml row 640, offset x=33 changed to x=690. (with LEFT relativepoint)
Metamap.lua row 236, width 65 is changed to 175.
That should do it. :)
And i like to make an addon, but i have not time yet for it. I can program php/mysql/js thus lua should not make much work for me.

I have the same issues with Metamap and I tried disabling all addons except for metamap and it still overlaps text/buttons in two locations. I can manage to click on the Options button but it doesn't do anything so I cannot configure it.
Any ideas?

FYI,
AlphaMap does also allow changes to the Blizzard WorldMap via the Miscallaneous Tab in AlphaMap Options ;)
Check the relevant options and then the AlphaMap sliders can control the WorldMap size/alpha, and the WorldMap will be moveable.
Note that these particular AlphaMap options are only available if you do NOT have Carto or MetaMap installed, to make sure you don't have more than 1 AddOn interfering with the WorldMap position / scale / etc.
(And the "M" key is just a key binding, which can be switched to toggle AlphaMap if required....)
Otherwise, if you still want MetaMap installed, then you need to fix its drop down box position as mrdummy suggests.
