This Clean UI?

Hey, I just watched the recent Onyxia got solo'd vid and I really like the druid's UI, but I don't know what it's called, can anyone help?

I was under the impression that it was a compilation.

mods UIs you see are not compilations but a lot of mods that the user has set up to meet there own needs.
