and cuz i'm kinda noobish in this game can you tell me where are the skill buttons cuz i don't see them

Boss Mod is BigWigs
Threat Meter is Omen
Damage Meter is SW_Stats
Buff Bars are EBB
Timers look like NECB.
Text could be SCT???

but it looks like the image has been cropped so i cant really tell anything else big give away to the cropping is the minimap.

Im not sure. This site is against gold seller/power leveling sites but I dont think the site you linked is involved in that....but I may be wrong :undecided:
