patch will not apply

hey i quit wow ages ago and now i want to get into it again but i install patch and this message comes up can you tell me what i can do.

so u haven't been able to install any patches? cus that's pretty bad. back in 0.1 they didnt even have christmas lol. if it's just the BC patches that you can't update than make sure you have BC installed. if that doesn't work im not sure but the message says to contact blizzard technical support.
