Raid Healer UI help

I think I need some help, I think my UI is cluttered. The problem is as a Raid healer I feel I need all the "stuff" on my screen. (Holy Priest) On my left side I have CT raid showing all 25 party members. I use this to show what priest buffs everyone has and I use it to click and target specific members, thus I don't have to find someone in a melee or type of "/tar name" in mid fight. Bottom left is chat channel. Bottom Center is Decursive which is very helpful one click dispelling/disease removal. Bottom right is Omen, still trying to figure this out but I think I have it working enough to help. Omen is helpful for running Heroics with under geared tanks but in TK the tanks usually have so much threat that I should have very little fear of pulling off. I should just hide it during raid to clean up things. Then the right side of the screen is Healbot. I love healbot. With all this my screen has become quite cluttered since the early days of leveling up! Is this a common UI issue for raid healers that need to see all 25 people in raid? I see a lot of clean UI screen shots but it always appears to be from Tanks/DPS.

I have been tinkering a little bit with healbot. Can I get it to replace decursive? Will it tell me when party members are in need of decursing? What about showing what Buffs they have active? I could set up click to target in Healbot as well. Or am I just asking too much from healbot?

Does anyone have any screen shots of clean raid healer UI (prefer Holy Priests), or even a raid vid so I can see how they handle things?

Is Grid the little 5x5 box of names in the lower center?

I will have to look up Visual Heals, never heard of it.

How do you know to remove debuffs from party memebers?

I do like the clean UI, compared to this mine is complete crap! Thanks for showing that it can be done and now I need to work on my UI.

I could honestly never heal accurately with health bars measuring 10 pixels across.

I also love and use healbot. Healbot can in fact be used to debuff and click target.
In the healbot options select the cure tab make sure monitor to remove debuffs and also in combat are checked. then you can select your debuff spell and set other options. This will turn your healbot health bar white when someone has a debuff you can dispell, and clicking on the bar will cast the debuff spell
For click targeting select the spells tab. here you can assign any skill or action to a mouse button combination. I use left cliuck with a shift modifier for Target. So if i hold the shift key and left click on a healbot bar it targets that person.
For buffs select the buffs tab make sure monitor to remove debuffs and also in combat are checked. Here you can select any buff you can cast and who you want to cast it on. When someone is missing a buff you selected it will show thier health bar in white, and clicking on the bar will cast the missing buff.
