WoWAce Updater

I heard this program should be great at easily updating my mods. Now I tried it, and it disabled Quartz, AtlasLoot while not doing harm to X-Perl, Metamap and I'm not sure about Deadly Boss Mods and the rest, as I haven't tested them.
Did I do something wrong? Or howcome it can make it, so that these mods does not work?

I had a working version of each mod before, I only ran it to see if that would update DBM and Omen as I use them to raid and they can be updated without be knowing it, as I only do it after each patch or when problems occur.

I fear for using WoWAce Updater again, as it is double work. But has I done something wrong that causes this?
It asked for something about External updates or something when I ran it for the first time, and I wasn't sure what that was.

a) your questions would be best asked on the wowace (www.wowace.com) forums.
b) DBM is not a Ace mod nor is it on the Ace SVN so WAU will not update DBM the best place to get the latest version of DBM is on the DBM website (www.deadlybossmods.com).
c) Omen on the other hand IS a Ace mod and IS on the Ace SVN so WAU will update it.
d) i my self use WAU to update my Ace mods and have not had any problems using it lately.

Keep in mind that the wowace updater updates from the wowace site and many of the addons are updated on a daily basis and breaks from time to time. Try again tomorrow and it might work, and don't keep updating daily unless there is a specific feature you want or if there has been a patch breaking the addons.
