Another Splash Screen Connection?

I was looking at the current splash with the 3 runes today and it reminded me of another piece of artwork that I had seen recently.

What is interesting is that the Azeroth and Tarsonis and this mysterious other planet all line up proportionately with the positioning of the runes.
I thought the artwork from the Starcraft 2 site was interesting enough by it self but it also fits in with the combination of Blizzard games.

Today this new rune makes me even more suspicious about the link between these two.
