I treated myself to a new mouse and very nearly purchased one that didn't have the 2 extra buttons on the side.
(MOUSE4 + MOUSE5 as WoW calls them.)

I feel I cannot cope in WoW with a standard mouse. These 2 extra buttons are just too useful (in my experience.)

Example of my usage:
-Paladin: Mouse4 = Holy Shield (great for my Tanking as I don't have to take my eyes off the Agro/Threat Chart or off the NPC I'm attacking.) Mouse5 is set to Bubble. Which is just plain handy for lots of situations.
-Rogue: Mouse4 = ShadowStep (followed by a quick bash on the number 4 to Ambush. Mouse5 = Vanish and has saved my Rogue countless times.
-Hunter: Mouse4 is Feign Death + Mouse5 = Hunter's Mark. Both great and easily accessible.

I'm interested in hearing if you lot use additional mouse + keyboard features.
I'm particularly interesting in hearing from player with G15 (http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/203-2222765-4447907?ie=UTF8&tag=firefox-uk-21&index=blended&link_code=qs&field-keywords=g15&sourceid=Mozilla-search) keyboards... weather they're worth the money and what you've used the extras for.

Warrior: Stance switches
Druid: Form switches
Rogue: Stealth/Blind/Deadly throw or Shadowstep (depending on which rogue)

I use a Cyborg command unit gamepad and mouse from Saitek. The mouse has 3 buttons and a 4 way switch for my thumb making for 7 buttons basically. couldn't imagine going back to a mouse with no side buttons.

I like to keep it simple. I use a stock keyboard, two button scroll mouse and the stock UI.

My mouse has buttons to control its sensitivity, which is about the only extra buttons I use on it for WoW. I bind one of the other extra buttons to be a push to talk for voice chat, when I am able to get voice chat working.
