Help finding / making an addon

I used an addon 1 year ago or so.

What it did was simply each time u casted a spell u got a "casting bar" ticking down from secs.
Showing how long u got left untill u start to regain mana.

Does anyone know what the name of an addon that does this and works can be found ?

And if not... anyone who can make an addon like this ?

ERh... did u actully read the post ?

I Wanted an addon that AFTER I have casted a spell I get a 5 second timer.
The timer left untill I start to regen mana.
Not an timer that showes me a casting bar timer for the spell Im casting at the moment,

Sure maybe its possible to change settings with ECB... if so I have missed that option.

And if someone is planing to maybe do this addon.
Stats about the following would be nice.

Total Amount of time in Combat
Amount of time under Casting
Amount of time after 5secs rule

Total amount of mana regen while under casting
Total amount of mana regen while out of the 5ec rule

And more info that gives stats about mana regen.... its really nice to have.
