Account Closed?

I have been away from WOW for about 6 months because I haven't had time to play with my work schedule. Does Blizzard close accounts if I don't purchase time within an allotted period? I don't want to lose my lvl 69 character. Thanks.

At this time, no they don't nuke accounts for being non-active for a specific period of time.

Good. I was worried about that. That would be a lot of time down the drain.

i've been away for about 2yrs and they still kept my acc!.... no worries. :azn:

When you go in to re-activate, you can see they refer to your account as 'frozen'.
