Yes, we put a news item entitled "Closing Ceremony" on the front page at 6:00 PM yesterday evening, almost twleve hours prior to you asking this question. Try spending two minutes looking in the obvious places, such as the General WoW News forum subsection of this one, or just peaking at the front page itself. Not really a great feat to do so.
