need help running wow on my pc

ok im getting the message saying 3d acceleration failled to start, check 9.0c is insatlled blah blah. ive got 9.0c installed for sure cud sum1 help me?

As you suggest, we'll need full system specs before we can help here.

Start -> Run -> "dxdiag"

There's a button at the bottom to save the details, then copy everything out of that file.
