I get these errors now, ive tried EVERYTHING and i mean EVERYTHING on the blizz site.
The installer was unable to read the file "C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft.66bb0209.temp\Data.temp\common.MPQ.temp". This error may be caused by problems with the media or drive at C:\--for example, a scratched or dirty CD-ROM/DVD-ROM, hard drive corruption, or a networking problem while downloading the installer. (The data being read was "World\Maps\Kalimdor\Kalimdor_38_34.adt", and the error code was 4.) If this problem persists, please contact Blizzard Technical Support. (Converter::Load)
The file "C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft.66bb0209.temp\Data.temp\common.MPQ.temp" could not be deleted. (ConflictManager::UncreateObjects)
The folder "C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft.66bb0209.temp\Data.temp" could not be deleted. (ConflictManager::UncreateObjects)

Can you give some more information? Are you installing it for the first time? Installing off of a CD/DVD, client download? Which OS are you using? How are you logged into the OS?

There are a couple of issues that could cause this:
1) the CD is, in fact, damaged or dirty and the files cannot be read.
2) the hard drive is going and files cannot reliably be written
3) You're logged in without admin privileges and the temp files can be created but not deleted for some reason.
So....
1) Ensure the CD is OK. If you burned it from a download, reburn (I've had bad burns occasionally... on my CD!! Sheesh...).
2) If the drive is making noise, etc backup your data and run some diagnostics. Under Windows XP this is in Control Panel > Administrative > Computer management.
3) Make sure you're logged in on an account with full admin privileges.

For specific help with this issue please provide full system specs and full details of the steps you have already tried.

You could try posting this EXACT same topic 3 times... Oh wait, you've already done that. (http://www.worldofwar.net/forums/search.php?searchid=556193)
Try paying attention to the advice people have posted here and MAYBE, just maybe, you'll solve your problem.

Considering you haven't given answers to half the questions people have given you on this forum, I'd hardly say that you've tried 'everything', in fact as we still don't have a list of system specs, we haven't even begun. Read those sticky threads, they are there to help you. I locked your last thread due to an inappropriate title, the "Read this first" sticky advised you to name things properly, something which you still haven't managed. If you don't start helping yourself by paying heed to the guidance protocol we took the time to craft, we won't be able to help you in any real manner.
System specs. Start with these in your next post, we'll go from there.

Download the client from the Blizzard site (or WoW Wiki) and do the download from the hdd. If that fails then look at the drive as the most possible failure point.
