i got this message after clicking on play. has anyone else had this program and fixed it?

Read the 'Important: Read this first' sticky. "Please include system specifications". There is a series of programs both manual download and automated websites that can scan your PC listed on the "Recommended Hardware" sticky, if you do not know the hardware in your own machine.
