Hey Fellow WoW Gamers,
recently i got a 72 hour suspension from WoW because of using 3rd Party sofware. (if you need more details ask) Well anyways now the 72hours are well over, in fact it has been about 2 weeks now that i am playing WoW again. But my subscription just ran out and i can't setup a new one?? When i click the link it tells me "The ability to add a payment has been turned off on this account."
How can i get that working again? i have sent several emails to blizzard with no reply received yet? it has been 3-5 days since i sent the email. My friend is also having the same problem. He got suspended for buying gold for real money...but what has that to do with not being able to setup a subscription??I wanna play WoW for gods sake! there is no problem with my credit card i have been paying with it since 1 year. This only happened after i got suspended.
And the same for my friend. What to do? I can't get in touch with blizzard. They don't seem to reply.

Your friend didn't get suspended he got permabanned. That's the penalty for goldbuying.

As for your own problem, try calling them on monday during business hours.
You should try the Billing department first, if it turns out you're banned, courtesy of your goldbuying friend, then you'll have to take it up with the Account Administration team, and they only handle things per e-mail. See the relevant WoW site for further info.

Relevant as in, considering which servers you play on, whether that be US, EU or something else.

thanks for your reply.
About my friend being Permabanned? Im not so sure about that, in the e-mail it mentions only being temporarly banned and after the period was over he was able to login...just not setup a new subscription ;) . Man i hope i can start playing again soon. If you know anything else that could help please tell me...

He got permabanned. See here (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=21507).

Note that as someone who associates with a known goldbuyer, your account may have been banned as well.

Possibly the reason why you lot can't do anything with the subscription time.

It's on their website. Considering I don't know if you're US or EU server based, makes it hard to point you in the right direction. But you should be able to find it yourself.

Hey, thanks for all your Help. I called blizzard and got it all fixed, me an my friend are playing again. (he was not permabanned)

I took your link and looked at the website with the rules and pulled an email address from there (wowaccountadmin@blizzard.com) before i called in i sent an email regarding my problem. I never got a reply, but a few days later i got an email from wowaccountadmin@blizzard.com stating that im trying to sell my account etc. and that i should verify it...before i did anything i called blizzard and i was told it's a scam! is this email legit or did the guy just wan't me off the phone? Please Reply!

If blizz said it is a scam, it is a scam. The problem with looking at the "From:" address in emails, is they are ridiculously easy to fake. Looking at the specific detailed headers helps a bit more at finding out where the email originated from. Odds are, it originated from somewhere other than Blizzard.

Without clicking on the links in the email, looking and seeing exactly where they go is also a good thing. If it isn't a "worldofwarcraft.com"/"wow-europe.com" or "blizzard.com" address, there is a good chance it is a fake/scam.
