Post patch, can't run up the AH stairs in Stormwind

This is so bizarre. After the patch my level 1 bank toon can't run straight up the stairs of the stormwind AH. I noticed the other players having the same issue. Very odd.

I noticed a similar issue with the steps leading to the back entrance at Karazhan.

Stormwind AH has always annoyed me by the fact you cant ride straight in, the doors so low you have to dismount first.
