Server Disonnected - ALL progress LOST!?

I started a new dwarf hunter and was on lvl 7 almost on 8, and some nice kid from ironforge gave me 10g and a bunch of great stuff. I was happily roaming around killing wolves when the game froze and I was soon at the home screen with the "server disconnected" message. I logged back on and found that my hunter was newly formed, lvl 1. No new stuff, no 10g, no progress. I am quite saddened that this happened and I wanted to know if there is anyway I would be able to get stuff back (or equivalent) from blizzard??

That sounds very weird. I have experienced rollbacks before, but that was only for a few minutes, 10 minutes max. that they rolled back. If you are rolled back to level 1 that would mean more than an hour. I would try to open a ticked in-game and talk to a Game Master.

But first of all, try to completely exit the game and start / relog and check if its just not something "funky" going on at your end.

There was a few times when they rolled the servers back up to 8 hours... The uproars of "WTF, WHERE ARE MY EPICS FROM MC?" ensued and they from then on cut it down to at MOST 1 hour, unless extremely severe.

thanks. exited out and it came back. I can't imagine how the people with epics felt though - I thought I had it bad haha
