I've done some more browsing over the past couple months on a graphics card, and recently I came across two different 8800s:
eVGA e-GeForce 8800 GT 512MB DDR3 PCI-E 2.0 Graphics Card (http://www.amazon.com/e-GeForce-512MB-PCI-E-Graphics-512-P3-N801-AR/dp/B0010T8XFY/ref=sr_1_15?ie=UTF8&s=pc&qid=1217860233&sr=1-15)
and
EVGA e-GeForce 8800GTS 320 MB PCIe Video Card (http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-e-GeForce-8800GTS-PCIe-Video/dp/B000NGIDIM/ref=sr_1_12?ie=UTF8&s=pc&qid=1217860233&sr=1-12)

I'm leaning a little bit towards the latter as I can get it for a slightly lower price, but I'm no expert with this stuff. What's the difference between the two?

Basically the GTs are a little newer and faster, especially compared to the 320MB version of the GTS, I'd say it's worth the extra $15 but I'm not sure of the exact performance difference.

The 320 MB card is hotter than the 512 MB card for certain, the 8800 GT is a revision of the older latter card. Really and truely not much difference, but the GT is slightly faster.
