Issue Updating to Version 2.4.3

Okay, so I've been trying to update to patch 2.4.3 and it downloads fine but when it gets to the updater it messes up. Above the status bar it just flashes "waiting for files to close" and doesn't update at all. I tried using blizzard repair and that didn't work. Neither did waiting.

Did you have WoW open at the time? Reboot your machine?
