pointer dissapers?

I have just installed WoW on my new computer that is much faster than my old one and has a much better video card, but now whenever I move the pointer it dissapers till I stop moving it. Has anyone else had this problam? is there anyway to fix it, or something I can check to trouble shoot it? Its not too big of a deal just kind of anoying. Any help would be nice, thanks.

We need full system specs, and more details, does this only happen in WoW?

system specs are 2ghz dule core processor, 4 gigs of ram, 256mb ati videocard, so it should have no trouble with WoW, I was playing on a system that was junk compaired to this one and it didnt happen at all, and yes it only happens in wow. Im not getting any lag or slowdown. The cpu usage is only 37% and the memory usage is 1.61gb so I have lots of room to spare. Hope this helps, Id really like to be able to play without guessing where the pointer is going to end up when Im done moveing it haha.

Have you played with the hardware cursor option in video settings?

What videocard, exactly? Since this started when you installed that it would be useful to know what you added. Have you checked and updated all drivers (especially video and mouse). Also try the Hardware Mouse option that Watcher mentions.

unchecked the hardware cursor box in video options and it woulds just fine now I cant believe I looked over something that obvious Iv been playing with the settings all day and didnt think to check the cursor box...duh! thanks for your help guys much appreciated!
