the basic story is I have rebuilt my comp and upgraded to vista from xp and also got myself a new router, to begin with the router was causing problems and after i forwarded a port for wow i was able to download patch 2.3.0 that downloads then i get the updater (the screen telling me what new improvements the patch has made) then it comes up with an error saying unable to rename and resolve conflict/3 it gives me the option to repair which i then do the reset and repair also just tried repair, that goes through and finishes saying it has repaired. So i click the game icon and back into the updater i go only to have the same patch 2.3.0 scan/download quickly and back into the same error and repair... Can anyone help me? I am no computer wiz but i have a basic grasp so if you need any more info please let me know and ill get it. Im having withdrawls from my wow fix lol!!!
