I've been trying for about a week to get my account reactivated, I played for a few months last year then stopped around Christmas. Got a new computer now and installed it all ready to go again but the account I had was deleted and I can't make a new one as I already used the CD keys last year, I did all the webforms and such and got a response about Thursday or Friday asking for all the details and CD keys and such which I sent, but still nothing back, are they open weekends? If not I guess I should get a response at some point today, but it seems so slow, I am trying to start giving them money again after all lol.

Side note, accounts cannot be deleted. If, you have your old password/username then you can log onto your user account and then re-activate payment.

If, you've forgotten your username/password, than that's another issue and must indeed be taken up with account management. Suffice it to say, those chaps are quite busy and a two week delay in responses is about average for them at this time.
