yes you can, aslong as that computer has WoW installed on it you can access your account anywhere however if you are using mods on your computer you wont have them on the other computer, one thing you can do is copy wow to a external HDD or flashdisk then just connect that to another computer and play from that.

One word of advice if/when you get into using UI Mods... make regular backups of your saved variables!

Yup. I've accessed my account from my comp, my husband's comp, my son's comp, my best friend's comp. The only warning I have is that the pc in question must have all the patches and stuff current on it. Otherwise you get the joy of this....
The night after we had purchased the Burning Crusade xpac, my sister in law was in a fairly bad car accident. She had been released from the hospital the morning after, and my brother in law needed to go to the county sheriff and impound lot to fill out paperwork and such related to the crash. My bro in law called me and asked me to stay in the house with her, just in case she needed help. He happily reminded me, knowing that the xpac was shiny new and that I was running for 70, that he had WoW installed and all I had to do was sit around the house for a few hours, playing my heart out on his better computer than mine....
Except he didn't have Burning Crusade. Certainly, my account was bc enabled, and I could tell his machine to download the updates to run my account properly... if I was willing to download that much stuff on his machine without his permission, and take the three hours it would take.
Short version? Yes, you can play wow on any computer with it loaded. Just make certain its completely loaded.

also as a side note to this. if your friend dont have a bc account you can still install bc on his/her pc and play bc this will not affect your friends gaming and they will still be able to play wow with out upgrading to bc
