Could someone help me out please?? :embarassed:

I'm sorry, the error says the following thing:
error #132 (0x85100084) fatal exception
program c:\users\fsc.....\temp\blizzard installer
bootstrap - 003418be\installer*****
exception: 0xC0000094 (INT_DIVIDE_BY_ZERO) at 001B:10003E3B

If you google that error you'll see that it's kind of a common issue. The US WoW forums are down right now but there may be some suggestions on their forums.

What's your system configuration/hardware like? Are you using the most up to date DirectX and video drivers? Have you tried to run any memory diagnostics on the machine?

User Account Control

Go to start and then go to help and type in Disable UAC, it will tell you how to.

Ok, i did that and turned it off. Still doesn't work, same error every time.
I already checked the official wow support forum and checked everything. Pff, close to desperate at the moment....:undecided:

If you used the CD's, try downloading the client from the worldofwarcraft.com page.

If you just downloaded the client, try installing from the CDs.

i switched of k-lite (program for movies), the installation went well and now busy with installing the burning crusade.

Thanks for your help :)

Hmm, WoW's installation broken by a codec pack, it's a new one on me! But thanks for letting us know, may be useful for other people :) .
