This is probably going to be the most stupid question you have heard in a while but...

Can Orcs wear helmets?

I have searched around everywhere on Google etc & and i am yet to find a picture of an orc with a helmet on.

Yeah all classes/races can wear an armour piece on their head. Depends what class you are to which type of armour you can wear ie, Orc Warlock can only wear a cloth "Helm", Orc rogue a leather one, Orc shaman leather until 40 then can wear mail helm, Orc warriors can wear mail until 40 then are able to wear Plate etc etc ;)

Also you can turn off "show Helm" in the interface so it appears as if you are not wearing one. Particularly nice for female Blood elves ;)
