I paid to learn this and its never available to me when fighting much like heroic strike?? WHen I put my currsor on the icon it says "you cant use this yet". Im a level 13 Warrior at this time. whats the deal? thanks What do I need to do to engage these abilities durring battle? thanks

you can only use Overpower when your target dodges, rogues hate this ability.

so in PVP if someone dogdes me I can over power then?

yeah if someone dodges any of your attacks you can overpower them, dosnt just have to be a player could be any target.

You can tell when this is available because most of the time it is kind of grayed over. When the target dodges, the color will come back to it and that means you can use it then. But if you wait too long it will go gray again.

you can only use it in battle stance btw.

Depending on what you are fighting, you may go many fights without using it. Generally, if something is more agile than you, it will probably have less hit points or armor. It will probably be able to dodge more to compensate, though at lower levels, everyone's pretty much all equal. You will probably need to wait until you are nearer to 20 before the various classes and class types start to differentiate and the various abilities come into play.
As a warrior, you will want to learn all of your abilities anyway. Only certain classes might not want to learn everything for a role play reason... a draenei holy priest might not learn any shadow spells for example, or a blood elf mage not learn any frost, though that would probably be stretching it a bit.
