Blizzard to Make Ashbringer Sword?

Medievaldragon of Blizzplanet (http://www.blizzplanet.com/) has spotted that Blizzard have applied for a patent on the name 'Ashbringer', not just for the mini-series of comics that began on September 10th, but also for Swords. Does this mean we'll see another replica sword available for purchase, just like the Frostmourne (http://www.worldofwar.net/n/411362) one?
