Mysterious elixirs

I'm a lvl 63 Druid (Alchemist) so I carry around elixirs, but often I find myself under the influence of a mysterious elixir, mysterious because I didn't have it in my bag or drink it. Sometimes it's an elixir I do have, but I don't remember drinking and there isn't one missing from my inventory. I am questing and it's happened in Terokkar and Zangarmarsh. Anybody notice this? Thanx.

That would be the "Mad Alchemist's Potion" when you use it you get a random buff or... debuff :)

That must be it! I do use Mad Alchemist's Potion. So that's what it means, "has some side effects." Wondering what that meant. Thanx.
