How do you "unequip" an item?

Tried to replace a 6 space pouch with a bigger pouch and the screen told me I had to unequip the item 1st? How is this accomplished?? I know newb question...

If the bag you want to replace is empty, you can just drag it to your bag and then put the new bag in the spot that is freed up.

make sure the bigger pouch is located in your main bag. then drag it over the 6-space pouch. it will not work if your new bag is stored inside the bag you're trying to replace.

i suggest buying 16 slot bags and be done with it. you'll buy them later on anyway, so you might as well do it now.

actually, it does not need to be empty. you can simply drag the larger bag over the one you want to replace in your bag slot interface (see my 2+ years weblog entry (http://www.worldofwar.net/forums/blog.php?b=424) for more useful tips).
