Can someone point me in the direction of the add-on that marks on your minimap where your quests are located and also brings up the arrow you follow to get to them!

TomTom and QuestHelper will do what you want. Another quest help addon is Carbonite.

I think it's QuestHelper you're looking for to mark the quests. I have to say, though, that my QH is working badly and unpredictably since the patch although I got the version supposed to work with that patch. For one thing, I can't open my quest log unless I disable it. I have heard that a new guy has taken the addon over (the previous one gave it up) and will be altering it to get it working properly. Let's hope he does. As for the arrow, that's TomTom. Some people seem to get it as a part of QH. I didn't and had to look for it specifically and install it. Both are readily available for download - just do a web search for either.

I suggest picking up QuestHelper. It is a lot of help for everyone! Doesn't matter if you have been playing this game for years or just started playing it! It helps out a lot because it points you directly to the place you need to go to complete/turn in the quest.
