Free transfer?

I've been reading about free transfers from one realm to another. What's the lowdown? I suppose there's a page somewhere that outlines it, but haven't found it yet. Suppose it's from overly crowded realms to less crowded ones, right? And they pick which realm you can transfer to? Will they transfer all your characters? Can I and my friend transfer together to the new realm? I am now on a realm that's pretty full and many evenings I have to wait in a cue of over a hundred.:tongue: That doesn't take too awfully long to get through, but I long for something less crowded.

If you go to Account Management on the website, and go to Character Transfers, you will be able to see which servers you can transfer to. You will not always be allowed to transfer your characters, but sometimes they open transfers for High Populated servers to Low Populated servers. When they do this you are allowed to transfer all of your level 10+ characters to the server. Yes, both you and your friend can transfer to the server (if the he is on the same server as you).
