Help with Tootip Mods

I need a new one. I've been using TinyTip forever, but it's old and I'm now having problems with the tooltips not properly docking to the right side where I set TinyTip to put them, and they tend to not go away unless I mouse click something on the screen.

So if anybody has any suggestions for tooltip mods, I would be greatly obliged.
