Addon messing up Master Looter?

The other day we ran Kara, and somehow I ended up to be the Raid Leader. Since it was a half-pug I initially kept the Master Looter to myself as well, but after Attumen I found that I was unable to assign the loot to anyone. I gave Master Looter to a friend, who was able to do so with a few greens that dropped, but when he was made Raid Leader he too couldn't assign loot any longer. It really annoyed us, and filed a ticket to a GM (also to get the loot from Attumen sorted out).

However.

According to the GM, it was an addon-related problem. He couldn't tell me which one or which kind, but I just had to try and see which of my many addons was causing this. Har har.

So before I go and mess with all those addons, I thought I'd ask here - does this problem sound familiar to any of you, and do you have any idea which addon might be causing this? And am I now supposed to disable this addon if I ever get to be a Raid Leader+Master Looter again?

Hmm.. isn't there anyone who has any clue about this problem? I'd be happy with even the smallest nudge in the right direction..

GM's will always say it's addon related.

The best way to find out is to disable your mods, join a raid group and try to master loot things. Turn your mods on one-by-one until you can verify that it is or isn't your mods.

I would suggest turn em all off first, then if the problem goes away turn half on, iff the problem comes back turn off half of the ones on, and keep going.
This method of using halfs works well if you use a lot of mods.. If you only use a few then just turn em on one at a time
