Clean Pencil Sketch: $20.00 US
Digitally Inked: Additional $10.00 US, $30.00 US total
Digitally Painted: Additional $20.00 US, $50.00 US total

Yeah...I would suppose it is borderline..I mean..they guy is offering his stuff a real good prices and he is not a like a professional service or something, more a WoW freak who likes to make a buck on the side with his talents. ;)
