Damage tracker mod?

Does anyone know of a reasonably simple and effective damage tracking mod that works with the current patch?

Recount is one of the best damage meters around.

Recount IMO isn't that great. I personally used it for awhile, and it may have all the stuff you want if you're completely a PvE DPS fanatic in end-game, but outside of that, I'd just suggest going with something simple like damagemeters.
