hi guys.. can anyone teach me how to make that kind of panel?
i know its eepanels.. but help?

this aint eepanels only.

afaik, eepanels only makes the black background bar in the lower part of the screen., the rest are different addons.

10 is omen.
11 is damagemeter, but i would recomend you use recount instead.
12 is extended combat log.
13 is simple minimap
16 looks like quartz
17 could be any action bar mod, i recomend bartender.
5,6,7 look like functions of ora2
2, 3, 4 are some sort of scrolling combat text. i just use the build in one by blizzard.
8 is no addon, but the normal blizzard buff thingy.
1B looks like the normal blizzard raid UI. i would use Grid instead.
1A : no need if you set up 1B rigth.

this screen looks very old. 10,11,12 are outdated or discontinued and better mods are available who do the job.

and sorry, no, i cannot teach you how to use all these mods. Try reading the readme which comes with all the files. try using the ingame help which you get by tiping "/mod-name help".

If you want to do this, you will need at least a evening to get to know the mods and to set them up properly ^^good luck :)

eepanles takes a few minutes to get to know... ok... more like 20 minutes.

then if you want better graphics, you'll have to make your own. that requires more work. good luck.
