What do you think are the changes Blizzard will make an Emerald dream expansion?
There are a lot of portals today in Azeroth leading to the Emerald dream. What are changes Blizzard will ever allow humans or other races to enter there(besides druids)What do you think are the changes this could be the future expansion?

Well if the next exp. is Emerald Dream, ofcourse all races will be allowed in lol.
Personally I think they could freshen up the game in 2 ways (not that Wrath isnt amazing, but its just more of the same only 100 times improved).
- Make the Emerald Dream an alternative version of Azeroth and make it an opportunity to update the old world to make it as polished as Northrend. Although this would need some retcons.
- If we see an Undermine/Maelstrom expansion, give us more classes to start at 55 (existing ones). Maybe make Goblins & another race playable, and they can start at 55 and pick certain classes. Could be fun.
The main reason I would like this is because alot of people want to try new classes, but its pretty dull going through Old Azeroth for the 100th time, even with the easier leveling.
I just think it would be nice to play other classes, but with new content.

No, a Furblock is a new kind of Warlock that would be implemented into the new expansion - most likely it'd replace the demonology tree (and thus renamed into furbology). It gives the Warlock the option to transform into a furry creature, increasing armour by 350% and centering the shadow spell power into a dark tattoo on her belly, causing her to shoot Shadow Bolts from that area. I believe the voice emote "Furblock stare!" will be created to initiate this special ability.

Please no goblins. I would cry myself to sleep if I was ganked by one.

What about adding 2 new alliances, the Burning Legion and the Scourge?

Where are they? I never came on one of those. And I"m a Druid too.

Eventually I'd like to see an entirely new faction added, even if it only had 1-2 races and only a couple classes on each.

you may not have seen them because they are often guarded by elite dragonkin. And they don't do anything except sit there.
Seradane in Hinterlands
Twilight Grove in Duskwood
there one in Ashenvale east of Forest Song
I think there's one in Feralas
they look like stargates

I slipped through one of the portals (got killed and rezzed right at the portal and went in) and I encountered a blank wall. What's the point?

There is no point - yet. But it's widely believed that those portals may well be used for an Emerald Dream expansion.

I would really prefer the maelstrom expansion first. Emerald dream would the least favorite one blizzard could make. Its just, pleh.

I was thinking of an expansion, where all the portals would be opened. However this would be a server event, and you'd have to kill all the dragons guarding them but only ones, so no resspawns! Im sure level 80's with Arthas raid gear will manage just fine:rolleyes:
Then you could have the Maelstrom in the same package.
First you'd have to go to the Emerald dream to ding 90. You'd have to kill the Emerald Nightmare, wich would not really be a stable instance but a "Nightmare area" that moves around the emerald dream. After slaying the Nightmare, looting it and hitting 90, you'd have to go the Maelstorm. Altertatively you could go and kill Azhara, ding 90 and loot her.
The final boss would be...Sargeras himself! The portal to the demon dimension you see is STILL THERE under the ocean! Sargeras is 100 elite, and needs atleast a 25-man of level 100 players. The ultimate baddy! The final end boss of wow! The DEMON himself who started EVERYTHING He has managed to revive himself in the demon dimension, and now has also some minions to serve him. Kill hes weaker demon minions, ding 100. Get the gear and then...the FINAL RAID! The raid to end ALL raids:evil2:!

I'm sure there's more than just Sargeras in the Universe.
Honestly, do you truely think that Sargeras is the end? Even if he is the end, there's still other titans, other planets that haven't been seen, etc etc etc...
Blizzard will create new lore over and over, they could create an alternate planet where different Titans created every living being on that planet, and it could be the expansion after Sargeras or something, you never know.

I honestly recon Sargeras will be the final major raid boss released for World of Warcraft.
You say there are other titans, but Sargeras is 'the bad titan'. The satan of WoW. All the worlds biggest problems route back to him. There are other titans, but by in large they are not anywhere near as bad as Sargeras.
It would be nice and fitting if he was the end game boss.
And it has to end one day.

emerald dream, maelstrom or disney world, i trust whatever blizzard choses to work on will be awesome, what i really care about are the new classes/races.
Playable races i would like to see:
Nerubians (check out concept of the nerubian vizier) http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/wrath/features/bestiary/index.xml
Goblins
Ogres
Naga
Furbolgs or Pandaren (tho pandas seem unlikely due to all that controversy in china)
Worgen
Classes i'd like to see:
Blademaster
Dark Ranger
Spell Breaker (mesmer-like gameplay from guild wars comes to mind)
Demon Hunter
Tinker
--note all these clases already exist in previous warcraft games.

I'd like to see stuff happen with stuff already referenced in Azeroth/Kalimdor as it is at the moment - Grim Batol, Uldum, more with the Timbermaw Furbolg, and especially Gilneas. Whether they would be expansions in themselves I don't know - if not, there are a lot more places they can take the various dragonflight aspects.

Personally I see the next expansion being a freebie one. It will fill in a lot of the world that is there but unused (Uldum, Grim Batol, Gilneas, modern day Hyjal, those islands off of STV, etc...) and there will be a small bump to lvl 85. I think WoW will end with Sargeras and the Maelstrom. At that point they will have killed off all major characters in WoW lore and be given an opportunity to start creating brand new lore at a later point in the timeline.
I'm seeing a "100 years down the road" scenario for Warcraft 4.

Can't see any reason why the next one'd be free, considering just how well Lich King is selling ...
