Hi everyone-
My b/f is a diehard player. For Christmas I want to get him some new headphones (his are not working so well he says) and a microphone or headphones with a microphone. Since I have only played occasionally and don't know anything about what headphones, can anyone give me some suggestions about good ones to buy?
Thanks a ton!

I just got a headset to use in raids and instances. I just got a cheap set ($22.00) at Circuit City. They're made by Cyber Acoustics. Seems to work well.

The regular (not pro) Fatal1ty headsets are generally well received by most people I know that use them, and the price is decent.

I'm using the Icemat Siberia headset in white. Looks slightly daft but they are the most comfortable set of cans I've ever worn. They also have great sound quality and my guild tell me the microphone is top notch.

Worth a look.

if you arent shy to spend a little bit of money and if you want realy realy good sound quality, nothing beats Sennheiser :D they are also realy comfortable and mine is more than 4 years old now and still good :)

The Plantronics .Audio series headphones are also good. I use those for podcasting as well as gaming.
